I have used other sheet music providers before but wanted my new purchase to be transposed. That was available with Fresh Sheet Music so I made my order but the document failed to print. I sent an email explaining what had happened and was sent a PDF copy in the right key within 5 minutes. Very Impressive! I shall use the site again. Richard

I had trouble printing and emailed customer service. They responded within 5 minutes and I was able to print my music immediately. I was grateful and surprised by the immediate response as it was Sunday morning and I didn't expect a reply until Monday. Thank you Fresh Sheet Music!!!

Poor customer service.

As another review says here, I had trouble downloading the sheet music I purchased. I followed the directions given, tried on Chrome, and tried on another computer before emailing customer service.

I received a response quickly and was told, “Please follow the directions given to download a PDF. It’s very simple.”

This message is not helpful and I found it dismissive. I followed the directions given and was still unable to access the music. A blank window popped up.

Hoping for a refund and better customer service for others. I will not be using this company again.

Bought some sheet music for an audition. It was giving an error late at night. I emailed and expected a response within a couple of days. Insteon received an answer within 30 minutes! What great customer service! Definitely recommend this company!!!
