Budynek piękny pokoje i łazienka duża otoczenie również. Ładna fontanna ale działa przez 15min co godzinę trochę to dziwne. Ilość miejsc parkingowych ograniczona kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Obsluga jakby zmęczona. Śniadanie obfite dużo produktów kolacja również wino lokalne smaczne

W Grand Hotelu spodziewaliśmy się lepszego jedzenia i obsługi na wyższym poziomie. Piękne wnętrza i otoczenie.

U hotelu nema sadržaja za djecu, nedostaje gaming room, ima bazen, ali je bazen manji pa djeca ometaju većinom starije goste.
Večeru služe samo od 18-20h što je vrlo kratko, tako da smo mi jednu večer jedva stigli, a oni su spremali hranu ispred nas i nisu sačekali da mi dovršimo večeru, drugu večer nismo stigli 😢

Hotel je veliki i uredan.
Doručak je raznovrstan i ukusan.

We are in Grand Hotel Rogaska for the fourth time. We love everything: the location, the staff, the food!|Everyone is very kind and helpful, the receptions, the waiters, the cleaning ladies. You can always find what you like to eat - I just love baked apples for breakfast - for breakfast and dinner, plenty of fruits, salads, at least 6 main courses, soups etc.|Although we are not here just to eat, but to rest in this beautiful old hotel with big rooms, corridors.|And, hopefully we'll be back in summer!

Kendinizi mutlu bir masal kitabının içinde hissetmek istiyorsanız gerçekten deneyimlemeniz gerekiyor. Potcetrtek muhteşem bir şehir. Gerçek yeşilin binbir tonunu orada görebilirsiniz. Grand Hotel Rogasak Resort masallar diyarındaki bir şato gibi. Tüm çalışanları güleryüzlü, saygılıher konuda çok hızlı çözüm üretip size her türlü kolaylığı sağlıyorlar. Yemekleri ,kahvaltıları özelliklede çorbaları ve balıkları çok lezzetli. Gerek sağlık turizmi gerekse "kafamı dinlemek, huzur bulmak istiyorum" dediğiniz an bir yurt dışı tatili düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. O kadar huzur dolu ki doğada yaşayan bir kuş bile korkmadan gelip elinizden yemek yiyebiliyor. Çocukların çoğunlukta olduğu 33 kişilik bir gurup halinde gitmemize rağmen hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadan harika bir hafta geçirdik.Tüm desteği, güleryüzü ve samimiyeti için öncelikle öncelikle otel müdürümüz Damijan'a ve tüm otel ekibine sonsuz sevgi ve teşekkür sunarım.

Stayed 4 nights in this comfortable and charming hotel with a grand ballroom from 1912. The first room that was allocated was an attic room facing the back road. After some discussion the room was changed to quieter one facing the front on the second floor. ||This room was ideal even if some of the music from the grand ballroom was audible. This room had a king bed, large cupboard with lots of coat hangers and a large safe. There was a bathroom with a wash basin, toilet and bathtub with a step in shower PLUS a second toilet in a separate room. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a good addition. Plenty of towels and thick bathrobes and slippers were provided. There was a couch and table in the annex as well as a desk and fridge. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided but not enough tea bags or any fresh milk. ||Both breakfast and dinner were a large buffet with a large variety of cooked meats, fish and salads. ||The sauna was relaxing experience on a cold day as was the cafe with music from a record player on the ground floor.||It was a lovely stay, even when on rainy days and would most certainly stay again in the same room.||Negatives: |The internet was very slow at times and needs to be improved. |The range of fresh fruit for breakfast could also be improved to include berries for breakfast and and more cooked vegetables (besides potatoes) for dinner.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte e non ho avuto la possibilità di testare ed eventualmente apprezzare i servizi offerti, causa grave imprevisto. Ma mi sono bastate la disonestà, la scorrettezza e la poca sensibilità dimostrate dal personale per valutare negativamente la struttura.|Attribuisco una stella solo per il buffet cena e colazione.
