Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Atrij dal 10 al 17 novembre 2024. Per me è la seconda volta che vengo e non capisco da cosa derivino le recensioni negative. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, in particolare la signora all'ingresso del ristorante, i camerieri e le receptionist.|Ho avuto un problema in camera con il lavandino, che è stato prontamente risolto. Sia a colazione che a cena, la varietà di cibo è sopra la media, sempre eccellente e di alta qualità. Inoltre, mi è stata assegnata una camera con sauna in bagno al prezzo di una standard. Che dire, per me è stata una bellissima esperienza e ringrazio tutto lo staff. Spero di tornarci presto. Bravi

Hotel Atrij is part of the Terme Zreče complex and is definitely worth a visit. Although Atrij is the highest level of hotels, paradoxically the rooms are located furthest from the thermal pools - the main attraction you go to this place for.

The pool complex is spacious, although you can see that despite the renovation, it has aged some. The water is clean, the temperature is pleasant. The number of jacuzzis would be worth increasing, after all with the hotels full and guests from outside it was a small miracle to get into them. The outdoor pool is a bit cooler in winter but it can be refreshing.

The sauna village is particularly nice, with a really large variety of different types of saunas. There are also regular sauna rituals. The outdoor cooling pond is great, as are the heated loungers.

Dining for guests of the Atrij is separate from other guests, you have your own reserved table for your entire stay. The quality and taste of the food is very good. The restaurant declares the use of local food and the preparation of local dishes. The variation could be a bit more, for example, breakfast or side dishes at dinner are a bit repetitive during longer stays. The service is very nice and sophisticated, the environment is very pleasant. You definitely feel like guests of a 4* Superior hotel.

The wellness centre offers a large variety of treatments. We tested the classic massage, which was really great and did not stay with the superficial "palpation", but really relaxed the whole body. Affordable. Guests get a voucher for €10 off, but this is conditional on the treatment costing €55 or more, which the classic massage doesn't meet, a bit of an odd tactic. But so be it.

A stay at this resort is definitely a pleasant relaxation, the surroundings are beautiful, the walks even in winter are pleasant, although there are not many excursion destinations in the area. Definitely visit the Atrij Hotel or the whole resort, whether for a short trip or a relaxing holiday.

Obiskala sva Savna vas,kjer sva bila zelo presenečena nad čistočo, prijazno osebje,veliko savn, velik prostor za počitek, ugodne cene. Bila sva v petek ob 11h in do 16h in ni bilo gužve,nakar se je pričelo polniti. Predlagam obisk,ne bo vam žal.

Nice place, and the hotel has a very friedly athmosphere. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception is kind and helpful.
In cold winter days the internal parking is a really valueable option.

Trascorso tre giorni di totale relax. Ambiente accogliente, perfetto per passeggiate in bosco e dopo tuffarsi in acqua calda della piscina. Aspetto occasione per ritornare.

Hotel ok- sobe su lijepe i ciste, posebno su super sobe sa saunom i jaccuzijem. Bazeni također cisti. Usluga bih mogla biti bolja, osoblje ljubaznije.

Hrana za večeru je katastrofa, zbilja jedno ogromno razočaranje do te mjere da sam jela samo kuhane špagete sa maslinovim uljem.
Doručak ok- dovoljno opcija da ne ostaneš gladan.

Kad bih poradili na hranu, pa makar podigli cijene smještaja, sigurno bih došli opet.
