We had one of the best experiences ever thanks to Kofler Sport! We wanted to do the Donnerkogel Kettersteig and Kofle could arrange both transport and guide even though we needed transport all the way to the airport. Our guide Igor was so attentive, professional and relaxed. We always felt safe and the agency made sure to make the experience wonderful and to, on top of that, give us small gifts. I recommend this agency to everyone!

Preface:
I was born in Slovenija, but live abroad. This brings with it the issue of not having a mountain bike readily available when traveling back to this beatiful country.

Customer service:
The extraordinarily kind lady working there assisted us with everything from renting the bikes to helping us figure out how to get to Kranjska Gora (where I usually rent) and was in general extremely kind and understanding in regards to my (many, I tend to overprepare) questions.

The bikes:
My friends and I rented 3 mountain bikes and 3 trekking bikes. All were of decent quality and in excelent condition. Also, because reasons, we had to find the bikes with merely one day's notice, how we ended up with Kofler Sport who thankfully were able to provide us with the bikes at such short notice.

The gear was fine, but the service wasnt. They told it wasnt possible to go to the summit of triglav. This was not correct at all and we where close to cancelling our trip.

Check the information with the huts in til mountains instead of trusting the people working there

My husband and I had a wonderful rock climbing experience with Grega! We had the chance to lead climb and challenge ourselves on harder grades. We got on so many routes and Grega kept a great pace for us. The approach was literally like three minutes- the best! The views of the mountains behind you as you climb above the forest are incredible. There was a lot of loose rock though on some routes, but Grega made us feel very safe and helped us avoid any issues with it. Grega was very accommodating and we had such a great time!

We only rented via Ferrata kit and the staff and the owner were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider Kofler for courses and excursions when I visit Slovenia again.
