Great experience and superb guide!
Head of production guided us through the factory and really did a great effort to show us and tell us everything. Through-out the guide we tried all of their beers directly from the brewery pots.
We even got food at the end of the tour, included.

The owner was very welcoming! We came without informing, and he greeted us with open arms, and gave us to taste straight from the tank! We had a flight of their wonderful beers, wonderful experience!

Absolutely delicious! We were traveling through town and searched to see if there was a brewery we could visit. We were very fortunate to find this wonderful place. Online it said they were closed, but we decided to try it anyway. We were so glad we did! The brew master happened to be working late, and he welcomed us, and showed us warm hospitality. We tried the Pale ale first, then the 2 different IPAs. The strong IPA was our favorite. Then the brew master gave us a tour of the brewery. How amazing the water is in Kamnik! Perfect for brewing great beer. The locals are blessed to have this brewery!

Stopped by the brewery this afternoon without a booking, but Dan was incredibly accommodating. He still took the time to give us a tour and explain how their beer is made. Really appreciated the hospitality! Support your local breweries—they use high-quality ingredients and take the time to let the fermentation process happen naturally, which makes for better, more flavorful beer. Thank you again!

We happen to be in the area and pop by Maister Brewery. The Master brewer Mr Dan is very friendly and give us a tour of the brewing process. It was very insightful. We also tried different types of beer along with his explanation. The beer is amazing! Quality is impressive! Recommend to pop by if you have some time.

Maister Brewery was a highlight of our time in Kamnik — if you are visiting for the Velika Planina (shepherds plateau) definitely check out this amazing brewery. Master brewer Dejan showed us around and provided an impressive impromptu tasting, we left with a case of beer and a newfound respect for their brewing art. Competes with any microbrewery we’ve come across in the States.

A fantastic local brewery! It was an accidental visit, but I ended up getting a detailed explanation of the beer-making process, which offered insight into the craftsmanship behind it, along with a tasting of some excellent beers. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and their pale ale and IPA were absolutely perfect.
